We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Student Analysts to support children and families through in-home and community-based ABA services.
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians.
RBT certification is not required at the time of application. Candidates must be willing to complete all RBT training and credentialing requirements prior to independently serving clients. Better Days ABA supports the right individuals through this process.
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction using positive, assent-based strategies
Provide services in home and community settings
Collect data and collaborate with supervisors and caregivers
All services are delivered under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
We also welcome applications from Student Analysts who are currently enrolled in a master’s program in behavior analysis or a related field and working toward BCBA certification.
This role is designed to support hands-on learning while meeting fieldwork requirements in a structured, ethical environment.
Deliver direct ABA services under BCBA supervision
Participate in supervised fieldwork aligned with BACB requirements
Assist with data collection, treatment implementation, and caregiver collaboration
Develop clinical and professional skills through mentorship and feedback

Applicants must have prior experience in ABA, education, childcare, or human services, or be currently enrolled in a psychology or related degree program.
